Neidlinger Management, LLC is a family-owned full-service property management business that began in 2003. We help Carlisle residents rent apartments with confidence and peace of mind. Our real estate endeavors began in 1995 when we began our family construction company. Since then, we’ve honed our skills in managing investment properties and became licensed Realtors. With over 700 units under our care, we’re eager to keep improving our services and offering more value to our residents.

We are a team of go-getters. Our business provides our tenants with access to a construction team, as well as a preferred list of vendors/contractors. As seasoned Carlisle residents, we know the area well and are committed to helping you settle in. If you’re switching homes, we’ll gladly help you with the transition process.

We mainly serve Carlisle, but also have properties available for rent from Waynesboro to Hershey.
